The spacious Clubhouse can accommodate virtually all community needs. Additional space is provided by the former cart barn, which can be configured for year-round covered play, storage, and a variety of art classes, woodworking, or other activities.
The informal bar at the Virginia Oaks Clubhouse is perfect for casual gatherings and neighborhood socials, meeting up with friends, and BYOB Friday and Saturday nights with neighbors.
The library and game room at the Virginia Oaks Clubhouse has a game area for all ages as well as seating for caregivers to enjoy while playgroups or families share activities. With additional available tables and seating, it is the perfect space for senior activities, art classes, discussion groups, and more . . . On BYOB Fridays and/or Saturdays, parents can join forces to provide childcare for supervised play while the adults relax in the casual bar or outside on the patio.
The banquet room at the Virginia Oaks Clubhouse is the perfect spot for HOA meetings, large community parties, and special presentations. With available seating for 100 and optional round tables that can be configured in a variety of ways, it can provide additional service for residents’ private birthdays, anniversary parties, wedding receptions, and a variety of other special events. As an option, the community could generate additional revenue by opening it up for non-resident rental on selected nights or weekends, or for use as a corporate meeting venue during weekday business hours.
